It's been several years, our meat was very tinder. The flavor was so outstanding. But that day the tortillas lacked a tiny bit. But that didn't stop me nor my 2 "picky eater" kids from eating everything. But technically, I have been a fan since "Crazy Larry" Castellanos worked there. So, back then the tortilla maker constantly made fresh tortillas. The waiters had wonderful personalities and laughed and joked with the kids(like me).
